I'm Saph.

Wife, mom + runner!

I used to weigh 216 pounds.  Today I'm at 140 pounds on my way down to 135.

I lost weight using a diet-free approach which utilizes portion control and exercise.  

Through this site, and articles on it, as well as at my forum, I hope to encourage others to lose weight in the same way.
